WORK CONTENT
1. Develop and implement Marketing strategy:

Analyze the market, research competitors to determine marketing goals and target customer segments.
Create an overall marketing plan for the business, including online and offline marketing campaigns.
Develop and implement specific Marketing campaigns, ensuring effectiveness and achieving set goals.
Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of Marketing campaigns, adjust plans when necessary.

2. Manage and develop the Marketing team:

Recruit, train and develop Marketing staff.
Assign tasks, guide and supervise the work of team members.
Evaluate employee work performance, propose reward and disciplinary measures.
Create a professional, dynamic and creative working environment for the Marketing team.

3. Marketing budget management:

Planning the Marketing budget for the business.
Manage and use Marketing budget effectively, ensuring cost savings.
Monitor and report Marketing spending to management.

4. Brand development:

Building and managing corporate brands.
Enhance brand recognition in the market.
Build customer reputation and trust in the brand.
