JOB DESCRIPTION

Plan and implement the tasks of the reception department.
Organize work assignment for employees in the department.
Regularly check the attire, behavior and working attitude of employees in the department
Urging, inspecting, monitoring and evaluating the performance of employees in the department.
Support staff in the department to handle difficult requests and customer complaints that junior staff cannot resolve. Guide employees to solve similar problems.
Perform other tasks as requested by superiors.
