I. JOB DESCRIPTION:
1. Manage and develop the Sales team (50%)
- Manage and supervise the Sales Team to work according to business processes, to achieve growth and sales targets.
- Participate in the recruitment process, training, and evaluation of employee performance with the Sales Director (if necessary) regarding Team human resources.
- Plan and implement monthly, quarterly and annual business plans of the Team; review plans and evaluate the work results of each sales staff against the weekly/monthly/quarterly plan; be responsible for the overall performance of the Team.
- Responsible for planning the route of each employee in the Team, monitoring business indicators and making monthly business reports to superiors.
- Responsible for managing staff in the Team regarding program quality, customer feedback, and coordinating with related departments.
- Support staff in the Team with tasks related to meeting customers, signing contracts, implementing and liquidating contracts, monitoring contract implementation, liquidating contracts, urging debt collection....
2. Performing professional work (50%)
- Receive and process customer information (from Marketing).
- Program creation: Send scripts and quotes for team/tour programs to customers.
- Meet customers directly with partners or customers of the Company.
- Handle arising requests before signing the contract.
- Negotiation, bargaining and contract signing.
- Customer care before, during and after program implementation.
- Build and develop customer system and business product database.
3. Job responsibilities:
- Develop plans and strategies to serve development goals and achieve the company's business results.
- Support and monitor the implementation of business plans. Report on business results, revenue and expenses; provide forecasts to management.
- Other tasks according to job requirements and requests of the Sales Director.

- Fixed salary 15,000,000 VND/month + bonus + KPI 120,000,000 VND/month
- 2-month probation, receive 85% of basic salary.
