* Job description:
Welcoming and guiding customers when they come to work at Truc Company and resolving questions via hotline phone
Receive and process incoming and outgoing documents, letters, and dispatches
Coordinate office administrative management
Prepare logistics for Company meetings and events
Other tasks as arranged by management
Proactively contact customers who are using the company's services to understand the situation, take care of customers, promptly support customers using the service, and answer requests and complaints from customers.
Coordinate with relevant departments to quickly fix problems that arise during customers' use of services.
Make work reports at the work position periodically and as they arise.
