Job Description

Job details:

Welcoming, making appointments, discussing needs and consulting services for customers
Build relationships with customers, promote promotions, communicate with customers through direct and indirect channels
Find and convince customers to use the service.
Deploy marketing support activities, collect data, images of customers using services and customer feedback.
Direct hotline for consultation and appointment booking.
Update and manage medical records, monitor treatment plans, and support doctors in following the treatment plan
Place orders and manage the delivery schedule of products to serve customers.
Collect money and monitor customer payment plans.
Caring for, advising, asking questions and encouraging customers before, during and after treatment
Record and report treatment results and customer opinions.
Successfully complete assigned superiors' requests.

Recruitment requirements

Have experience in a receptionist, customer care, sales, telesales position (in the service or beauty industry) for at least 1 year
Good-looking appearance, easy-to-listen and inspiring voice.
Passionate about business, consulting and customer care
Ability to expand relationships, communicate, persuade, listen, behave and solve situations well.
Always have a spirit of inquiry, optimism, positive attitude, dynamism, caring and empathy.
Creative, good memory, logical thinking, proactive in work, multitasking and able to withstand pressure.
Know how to use Word, Excel, Google search engine...

Salary & Benefits

Working hours: Monday - Saturday, 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. & 1:30 p.m. - 7:00 p.m. (rotating shifts)
Salary: from 7,000,000 - 12,000,000 VND/month
