- Welcome and guide customers when coming to book a party, visit or have a job interview at the Center.
- Perform previous tasks before welcoming guests: cleaning the guidance area, seating, preparing drinks, notebooks, introductory menus, etc.
- Arrange seating and guide guests to the right table.
- Support Sales staff in implementing contracts for customers, fully recording party reception information in the ledger and black book for monitoring.
- Receive party booking information via phone from customers and transfer it to the sales department.
- Guide guests to each hall when a party takes place.
- Record customer comments after each party in the comment book for the Management Board meeting at the beginning of the week.
- Support other tasks of the Sales department such as: typing, photocopying documents, charging walkie-talkies, collecting menu covers for each lobby, etc.
- Other tasks that arise as requested by superiors.
- No experience required but oriented to develop to SALES STAFF (Restaurant service industry).
- Receive training and promotion to WEDDING SALES STAFF after 2 months of probation (depending on personal ability).
