Job Description

Greet and welcome customers and partners, answer customers' problems and questions in person or over the phone.
Responsible for guiding and showing guests elevator locations, room numbers,...
Store information and records of important customers and partners.
Receive and process customer calls.
Keep the reception area clean, comply with the rules and regulations of the organization and business.
Responsible for office safety by following safety procedures and checking people coming in/out through the reception desk (monitoring log books, issuing visitor passes).
Order stationery supplies and monitor inventory.
Coordinate with other departments to handle and perform common tasks.
