- Prepare, draft, process documents, papers, contracts
- Manage and update existing customer information records
- Receive information, update data accurately and completely
- Support other administrative tasks as directed by the Executive Director

- Performing clerical and archival work;
+ Monitor and store internal and external documents for the Company's activities.
+ Ensure receipt and delivery of letters and parcels in accordance with regulations.
+ Submit for signature to the President and General Director of the Company according to the Regulation on decentralization.
- Management and use of the Corporation's seal:
+ Maintain and preserve seals; absolutely must not be lost or used by unauthorized people. (In accordance with the law)
+ Stamp documents in accordance with the laws of Vietnam promulgated and in accordance with the regulations on using the company's seal
+ Logistics: Book air tickets & hotels for employees on business trips.
- Reception of guests, answering phones, arranging meeting rooms.
- Manage and monitor administrative expenses of the Corporation and its subsidiaries

+ Monitor, summarize and report monthly administrative expenses of subcontractors.
- Support to organize events during the year at the request of the Corporation.
- Perform other requests from the Board of Directors and Divisional Director.
