+) Duties: Directly operate the feather dryer including: Check the dryer condition before the shift. Operate the machine according to the correct procedure: temperature, time, rotation speed suitable for each type of feather. Monitor the drying process to ensure that the feathers are dry, fluffy and clean according to quality standards. Perform periodic maintenance: clean the filter, check the temperature sensor, lubricate the rotating shaft, handle excess dust/feathers. Report and coordinate with the maintenance department when there are problems: overheating, shaft misalignment, leakage, unusual odors... Check the senses and quantify the humidity, fluffiness, and cleanliness of the feathers after drying. Remove substandard materials or reprocess as required. Record the operating log and report the quantity and quality of the output. Ensure fire prevention and fighting requirements, electrical safety, and safe operation of high temperature drying equipment. Wear full labor protection: masks, gloves, and dust-proof uniforms. +) Responsibilities: Ensure that the machine operates stably, without fire or serious damage. Ensure that the quality of output products meets the requirements of cleanliness, dryness, and loss rate. Record full operation logs, inspection sheets, and output reports according to regulations. Maintain the hygiene of the dryer area and comply with 5S regulations in the production workshop.
+) Authority: Proactively adjust dryer parameters within allowable technical limits to ensure quality. Request temporary shutdown of the machine if abnormalities affecting safety or product are detected. Propose replacement of worn components or upgrade of equipment. Refuse to accept input materials that do not meet technical requirements.
- Qualification requirements: Workers must have at least 01 year of training as a Feather Dryer Technician.
- Experience requirements: Workers must have 05 years or more of working experience as a Feather Dryer Technician at companies operating in the field of Feather and Down Production.
- Other requirements (if any) : Proficiency in 4 skills (listening, speaking, reading, writing) in Chinese; Understanding the operating mechanism of modern feather production machinery and processes (especially rotary dryers, temperature sensors, hot air supply systems). Understanding of process diagrams, technical error analysis skills and feather quality standards; Proficiency in office software, analysis tools or specialized software; Meticulous, hard-working, eager to learn, progressive, responsible for assigned tasks.
