    Job Description

    JOB DETAILS:
    This position involves advising and guiding users on accounting software via phone and Ultraviewer, as well as performing accounting-related tasks, bookkeeping skills, and financial reporting for businesses in all industries (training will be provided).
    MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
    • Providing advice and guidance on using accounting software via phone and Ultraviewer.
    • Perform accounting-related tasks, including bookkeeping and financial reporting skills, for businesses in all industries (training will be provided).
    • Customer service staff: Provide advice and guidance on using Smartpro and Ultra accounting software via phone (with professional training).

    REQUEST:
    • Knowledge of journal entries, basic accounting procedures, and office computer skills.
    • Graduated from university or college with a major in Accounting.
    • Office IT skills.
    • Basic accounting.
    • Hardworking and quick-witted.
