Job Description
1. Installation, assembly, testing of ICT equipment
Perform PC installation and assembly work for customers.
Install printer.
Technical advice to customers on software installation for PCs, laptops, instructions on how to use
Consulting, upgrading laptops for customers.
2. Receive warranty products
Confirm product hardware errors, send warranty components to customers.
Install and re-test products after receiving warranty from the dealer.
Use warranty software to perform tasks in the workflow.
Fully inform customers about the warranty process.
3. Support other work at the store
Sales support technical consulting
Warehouse support to check imported equipment
Handle errors that arise at the store such as electricity, network, camera - Support market deployment management...
Participate in packing goods and delivering to customers.
