Job Description

1. Check the quality of finished products & semi-finished products

Control the production process of semi-finished products (BTP) & product assembly (TP) to ensure compliance with technological instructions and quality standards
Check the quality of TP & BTP according to the inspection form and external standard requirements if any
Report to superiors when quality problems are detected.
Report & maintain QC inspection records

2. Check input materials

Check the quality of input materials according to technical standards
Compare specifications and certification documents from suppliers
Record inspection results, classify materials as passed/failed, and report if errors are detected.
Reporting & keeping records of input material inspection

3. Quality management and improvement

Participate in analyzing the cause of errors (according to the method: 5 why, Ishikawa, )
Support process improvement, reduce repetitive errors

Job Requirements

College/Intermediate level in Mechatronics, Industrial Electricity, Electrical Systems
Computer literate
Have 2-3 years of experience or more in related field
Being able to read and understand English documents is an advantage.
