Job Description:
• Directly or assign workers to construct and install electrical and water systems and equipment according to the project design diagram or requirements;
• Construction, new installation, relocation - renovation, connection of electricity - water systems, additional equipment as required
• Regularly monitor and check the operation of the electricity and water system; schedule on/off of electrical equipment in the factory to ensure compliance with technical procedures and safety regulations.
• Check electricity and water indicators and operating status of electricity and water systems to ensure no unusual problems occur.
• Conduct daily technical room inspections as assigned.
• Comply with assigned shift schedules – promptly detect and handle incidents if any
• Grasp information and handle according to prescribed technical procedures, especially emergency incidents such as fire, power/water outage, gas leak, elevator rescue...
• Receive requests for repair of electrical and water systems and civil electrical and water equipment from departments and promptly carry out repairs and handling so as not to affect the overall quality of work.
• Make a plan for maintenance and repair of electricity, water and equipment systems and submit it to superiors for approval.
• Directly or assign workers to perform maintenance, repair of electrical systems, water supply and drainage, and equipment according to approved plans.
Candidate requirements
• Have at least a secondary school degree in electricity and water
• Good health, male preferred
• Know how to read electrical construction drawings, install electrical conduits in floors and walls, pull electrical wires, connect wires, and install electrical equipment
• Know how to read water supply and drainage construction drawings, install water pipes in walls and on floors, and construct drainage pipes for projects.
• Know how to manage, arrange and assign workers to construct the project according to the drawings
• Quick, careful, skillful, delicate and flexible in handling work situations when they arise
• Have a high sense of responsibility at work; have a spirit of learning and solidarity in the group; love the job and can withstand work pressure...
