- Identify and correct errors on plastic products from basic to complex.
- Experience in calibrating various types of calibrating machines for plastic and technical rubber products.
- Statistics and analysis of mold problems and errors on pressed products, weekly file reports directly to the Director
- Mold testing, mold testing, analysis, evaluation and acceptance of test molds according to the plan of the Research and Development (R&D) department.
- Set standard parameters for the entire press line.
- Contribute innovative ideas to reduce product cycles to increase productivity, save labor costs, and effectively reduce product production time.
- Management and control of technical equipment.
- Coordinating with departments to provide optimal solutions to effectively use machinery and equipment of the company.
