- Check the building's systems according to the daily, weekly and monthly plan.
- Perform work related to technical systems and periodic jobs.
- Regularly check the system at the building/apartment, promptly fix minor damage
- Coordinate with other departments to perform work when necessary.
- Make daily and weekly work reports.
