• Device management:
- Warranty and maintenance. Participate in diagnosing and troubleshooting, repairing medical equipment when problems arise, ensuring minimal equipment downtime.
- Consulting and shaping equipment structure for Hospitals
- Plan APEX (Budget) for Hospitals regarding equipment
- Supervise the installation, trial operation and acceptance of new equipment to ensure that the equipment operates properly and meets professional requirements.
- Monitor and require hospital technical staff to develop and update maintenance plans for all medical equipment, determine maintenance frequency, and perform periodic inspections based on the characteristics of each equipment.
- Guide and support hospital technical staff to perform periodic inspection, maintenance and calibration of medical equipment, ensuring that equipment is always ready for operation and meets technical standards.
• Equipment management & training
- Training vertical staff to use and manage hospital medical equipment
- Support recruitment, equipment personnel evaluation
- Guide and train medical staff and hospital technical staff on how to properly use medical equipment, ensure that equipment is used effectively and safely, and comply with national and international safety regulations and standards.
- Instruct and inspect hospital technical staff to maintain detailed records of each equipment, including information on technical specifications, maintenance history, problems that have occurred, and repair results.
• KPI management on hospital equipment usage
- Hospitals using equipment that is past its useful life/above the instructions (old equipment) only accounts for half of hospital equipment.
- Do not let medical equipment suddenly fail
- Do not use equipment that affects or poses risks to patients.
• Strategic management
- Assess needs, make recommendations on the type of medical equipment that needs to be equipped or upgraded, and new techniques and machines that can be applied to the hospital.
- Provide ideas and solutions to improve medical equipment maintenance and management processes to increase operational efficiency and optimize resources.
