- Responsible for performing construction supervision works as assigned
- Deploy and regularly update construction drawings, shop drawings and as-built drawings
- Participating in the acceptance test of the Works/ Work items with the Subcontractors/ Construction Teams as assigned
- Deploying volume extraction from drawings, deploying estimates if any
- Monitor, check and control construction progress, construction quality, control loss of materials used according to prescribed norms
- Make acceptance documents, payment settlement with investors
- Check and control construction methods, input materials and during use, participate in confirming the actual construction volume at the site for subcontractors/teams
- Detect and promptly report irregularities during project implementation
- Store project files, and related documents, documents and papers
