Job Description
- Supervise the quality, progress, and labor safety of construction teams and manage the construction of work within their scope of management.
- Prepare construction progress reports for superiors and control reports from subordinates.
- Implement construction plan, conduct acceptance to ensure progress and quality committed to the investor; supervise subcontractors in accordance with regulations.
- Regularly check and monitor the quality of construction items to ensure occupational safety and hygiene, and fire prevention and fighting systems at construction sites.
- Make progress, estimate construction materials and equipment according to plan and arising for the project. Coordinate with company departments to ensure quality control of input materials and technical documents related to the project.
- Report work and construction progress daily, weekly and monthly to the company's management.
Working hours: Monday - Saturday every week, overtime according to job requirements
