Job Description
- Survey the current status of new projects and renovation and repair projects.
- Prepare current status drawings and construction design drawings.
- Experience in extracting volume from design drawings, making construction estimates, estimating arising costs...
- Construction supervision at the site, coordinating the work of subcontractors, teams, and day laborers at the site, having experience in construction implementation, progress management, and quality record management
- Acceptance and calculation of payment volume for teams (if any)
- Separate the volume, make a request for materials and equipment for each item according to the construction progress.
- Control and report on material usage, ensuring compliance with standards.
- Know how to schedule and manage the progress of assigned projects.
- Know how to establish and supervise construction methods for assigned projects.
- Know how to make a plan to organize and implement construction (Overall construction measures)
- Know how to make and propose a plan for the overall implementation of the project (Overall progress)

Job Requirements
- Graduated from University, majoring in Construction Economics, Civil Construction, Transportation, Road and Bridge Engineering..., with 2 years or more of experience in site construction.
- Have experience from 2 years or more
- Honest, meticulous, hard-working, highly responsible for work.
- Good thinking, flexible, able to communicate well with investors and partners.
- Good use of software: Autocad, Excel, word.
- Ready for business trip
