Tiếp nhận, chẩn đoán và khắc phục sự cố liên quan đến hệ thống CNTT của khách hàng.
Phối hợp với các nhóm kỹ thuật, các bộ phận nội bộ và Hãng, nhà cung cấp, nhà thầu phụ đáp ứng nhu cầu khách hàng.
Xây dựng và cập nhật tài liệu hệ thống CNTT theo từng khách hàng liên quan đến máy chủ, lưu trữ, backup; hệ điều hành windows, linux, email, VMWare….
Xây dựng môi trường và quản trị hệ thống cho khách hàng.
Báo cáo định kỳ theo tháng, quý và đề xuất phương án tối ưu trên từng hệ thống đang quản trị liên đến tài nguyên cấp phát và sử dụng.
