Supervise and manage construction works
Plan and control construction progress periodically (weekly, monthly) including subcontractors
Prepare construction progress reports to superiors and control reports from subordinates.
Represent the company to resolve related issues arising during the construction process. Organize meetings with the implementation and technical departments to handle any arising incidents.
Implement construction plan, conduct acceptance to ensure progress and quality committed to the investor.
Ensure good coordination of activities between investors, subcontractors, internal company and related departments.

Survey the site before construction, make a design implementation plan including office equipment, construction protective gear, labor protection, electricity, water and information systems to serve the construction of the project.
Check and maintain materials and equipment on site, regularly monitor the quality of construction items to ensure occupational safety and hygiene, and fire prevention and fighting systems at construction sites.
Deploy and check the work of preparing completion records, acceptance and handover of works. Keep documents and secure records of construction works.
