Job description
- Receive, set up, and secure production formulas on the ERP system; capable of calculating, checking, and adjusting as needed.
- Operating the PLC system in the control room.
- Establish standard procedures for warehouse management, production planning, and tracking and monitoring production progress.
- Managing the inventory of raw materials and finished products.
- Calculate and recommend necessary raw materials for production and safe inventory management - Manage ERP system operations
- Improve production processes
- Responsible for registering technology transfer when changes or additions occur.
- Participate in the development of ISO 9001:2015, 14001:2015, CR-Mark, KPI, or other standards as required.
- Coordinate with the sales, purchasing, and accounting departments to handle tasks.
- Possess knowledge related to operation, production, field inspection, and be able to contact repair services when necessary.
- Reporting directly to the Taiwanese Production Director.
Requirement
- Proficient in English or Chinese.
- Graduated from university with a major in Engineering Chemistry.
Minimum of 2 years of experience related to the above tasks.
- Possesses knowledge of machinery and equipment.
- Preference will be given to candidates familiar with Digiwin ERP software. - Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) is required.
Salary: 18 - 25M gross
Working hours: Full-time (Monday to Saturday)
