Job Description

JOB DESCRIPTION

Quantity take-off from MEP system design drawings.
Prepare construction estimates for mechanical and electrical systems.
Check and control volume and cost at each stage.
Prepare and manage payment records and finalize MEP volume.
Draft and review bidding documents and mechanical and electrical bidding documents.
Work with engineering, construction and suppliers to ensure correct quantities and costs.
Other tasks as directed by superiors

JOB REQUIREMENTS

- Graduated from University majoring in Electricity and other related majors

- Proficiency in AutoCad, Excel, estimating software, office

- Experience in separating estimates and payment documents.

- At least 2 years of experience in a similar position or higher.
