Job type: Working under official labor regime, with signed labor contract, annual leave, social insurance, office hours 7:15- 16:00, from Monday to Saturday.
Job Description:
1/ Assess needs, make recommendations on the type of medical equipment that needs to be equipped or upgraded, and new technologies and equipment that can be applied to the hospital.
2/ Supervise the installation, trial operation and acceptance of new equipment to ensure that the equipment operates properly and meets professional requirements.
3/ Guide and train medical staff and hospital technical staff on how to properly use medical equipment, ensure that equipment is used effectively and safely, and comply with national and international safety regulations and standards.
4/ Instruct and inspect hospital technical staff to maintain detailed records of each equipment, including information on technical specifications, maintenance history, incidents that have occurred, and repair results.
5/ Monitor and require hospital technical staff to develop and update maintenance plans for all medical equipment, determine maintenance frequency, and perform periodic inspections based on the characteristics of each equipment.
6/ Guide and support hospital technical staff to perform periodic inspection, maintenance and calibration of medical equipment, ensuring that equipment is always ready for operation and meets technical standards.
7/ Participate in diagnosing and troubleshooting, repairing medical equipment when problems arise, ensuring minimal equipment downtime.
8/ Provide ideas and solutions to improve medical equipment maintenance and management processes to increase operational efficiency and optimize resources.
Request:
1/ Male/female, age
2/ Education: University graduate majoring in Biomedical Engineering, Electronic - Biomedical Engineering, or related fields.
3/ Experience: 3 years or more of experience, priority given to candidates with experience in managing and maintaining medical equipment in hospitals or medical facilities.
