Job Description

1. Job description:

Establish project schedule and coordinate progress during implementation to ensure meeting requirements of investors and customers.
Establish, draw construction methods, and protect construction methods with customers.
Assign design, production, and purchase materials for the project.
Control costs within approved budget.
Monitor and urge departments to ensure project progress, quality and cost.
Acceptance, handover and completion of project documents.
Other tasks assigned by Manager/Board of Directors.

2. General requirements:

Graduated from University of Construction, Architecture, ...
Minimum 3 years experience in steel structure field
Have knowledge of technical standards for construction and acceptance
Honest, good moral
Logical thinking, ability to analyze, synthesize, and report.
Ability to negotiate and communicate well
Ability to work independently, work in a team, withstand high pressure at work
Proficient in specialized software: Autocad, word, excel...
Candidates who can use a foreign language (English) is an advantage.

3. Mode:

Income: Negotiable (From 14 million or more)
