MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Prepare cost estimates and quotations for warranty, maintenance, and after-sales services for office interior design projects.
- Proactively work directly with clients to discuss and clarify requirements and send quotations when necessary.
- Collaborate closely with the Technical/After-Sales team to define the scope of work.
- Make purchases for individual furniture items.
- Source materials and designs as directed.
- Monitor and control costs and ensure efficiency – optimize the budget for the packages under your responsibility.
REQUEST:
- Graduated from college or higher with a major in Construction, Construction Economics, or related fields.
- I have at least one year of experience in office interior design and construction.
- Age range: 23-30 years old.
- Honest, enthusiastic, able to withstand work pressure, and motivated for career advancement.
- English: TOEIC 500.
- We are looking for candidates with skills such as: proficiency in Planning, problem-solving knowledge, and experience with Excel.
- In addition, knowledge of Quantity Surveying (QS) Engineering, Construction Economics, and relevant service consulting skills are required.
