- Design, build and optimize data processing flows (ETL/ELT) from ERP, CRM, Excel, API, database, etc. systems
- Work cross-functionally with BA, No-code Developer and business development teams to understand business processes and build appropriate technical solutions.
- Coordinate with BA position and departments (sales, operations, accounting...) to collect needs and build appropriate process flow.
- Develop internal applications to support operations and connect inter-departmental data (Web App, Dashboard).
- Participate in ERP system integration: API building, data synchronization, custom modules, external APIs, ...
- Optimize data infrastructure for reporting, BI, and decision making.
- Others: CI/CD setup, server management (Linux), containerization (Docker), system monitoring.

- Graduated from related majors of IT, Information Systems, Data Analysis or have suitable technical background.
- Have at least 2 years of experience in roles such as: Fullstack Developer, Data Engineer, DevOps Engineer.
- Have implemented process management systems, automated reports, dashboards or internal workflows.
- Have good systematic and logical thinking, ability to think like a user
- Proficiency in at least one popular programming language: Python, JavaScript (Node.js), or equivalent.
- Priority given to candidates with knowledge/experience in:
- Data processing: ETL pipelines, API integration, file processing (CSV, Excel), database (PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB)
- Data tools: Airflow, Talend, DBT, Pandas (depending on the tool you use)
- ERP (Odoo, SAP, Fast Business, or internal ERP system)
- Know basic DevOps (Linux, CI/CD, Git, Docker)
- Experience in implementing systems in manufacturing and business enterprises.
