    Job Description

    Job details:
    • Project survey, construction plan, construction methods;
    • Establish construction schedule for the project;
    • Arrange work for construction teams to ensure progress, quality and efficiency;
    • Direct construction supervision on site;
    • Prepare acceptance documents, payment settlement, and project handover;
    • Responsible for resolving any issues arising on the project's construction.

    Job requirements:
    • Experience: 1 year or more, the company is willing to train.
    • Degree: College - University in the field of design - construction - interior design.
    • Gender: Male.
    • Priority is given to temporary and permanent residents in Hanoi area.
    • Age: 23 - 40. Foreign language (English) is preferred.
    • Graduated from University in the fields of: Construction, Architecture, Interior Design, Fine Arts..., good at using Auto software, CAD, Office IT, Word, Excel...
    • Good at reading and understanding technical drawings. Good understanding of materials, interior / construction / electricity and water and the process and sequence of construction of an architectural - interior project.
    • Interesting job, requires creativity, seriousness, responsibility, eagerness to learn, not afraid to change new skills.
    • Supervise construction works in Hanoi area and northern provinces.
