- Prepare and summarize the Company's production and business plan periodically;
- Economic accounting of projects in service of making investment decisions, building and proposing investment plans, joint venture plans...
- Making the investment project descriptions, appraising the total investment, total cost estimates, cost estimates of projects and works;
- Checking the payment and settlement of subcontracts and works invested by the Company before submitting to management for approval; Check payment, settle with customers, coordinate with sales department to explain questions to customers;
- Check payment and capital advance conditions for projects and works;
- Drafting and checking the content of economic contracts before submitting them to competent authorities for signing with partners; Managing and monitoring the contract implementation process; Other tasks as assigned by the Leader.

- Mastering the legal system of the State: Enterprise Law, Economic Law, Construction Law, Investment Law, ...
