Job Description
- Work directly with Team Members and Team Leads to ensure product output quality.
- Contribute to product development process to ensure technical requirements set by partner platforms are met
- Create test plan, test case, review test report from tester, ensure quality for each new release before deadline
- Find and describe errors that occur during testing, track and handle tickets, cooperate with dev team to find ways to fix errors
- Work in Casual or Hyper Casual game genre
- Perform 2D/3D game testing, review gameplay quality, UI, icons, assets, performance
- Test game apps on mobile devices (smartphones, tablets), ensure the game works smoothly on all devices
- Test games that simulate end users and find out what issues they might encounter while playing
- Build and manage documentation during product testing and development
Candidate requirements
- University degree in Information Technology or higher (required)
- Having a certificate related to Testing industry is an advantage
- Minimum 4 years of experience in manual testing of mobile games, understanding of the process of building, submitting products and satisfying requirements from Google Play Store and Apple App Store platforms (required)
- Participated in developing at least 1 product that achieved ≥ 1 million downloads on Google Play Store/Apple App Store (required)
- Have knowledge of data analysis, metrics from Firebase, Google Analytics (required)
- Have knowledge and experience testing games developed on Unity engine (required)
- Ability to analyze requirements, create and run test cases, test plans, review test reports (required)
- Understand the game software development cycle as well as key milestones in the project
- Experience using test management tools (Notion, Miro, Figma... )
- Have technical knowledge related to mobile device software and hardware
- Good analytical, testing, troubleshooting, and critical thinking skills
- Good writing and presentation skills
- Teamwork skills
Interest
1. Working hours
• This position will be office based. Working hours are 9:00 - 18:30, Monday to Friday.
