- Job details:

Quantity surveying and control of MEP system construction for projects.
Review and verify the payment and settlement documents of the subcontractor.
Coordinate with departments on the construction site to verify the actual volume of work performed.
Evaluate, summarize, and propose solutions for any additional work performed during construction.
Prepare quality control documents, as-built drawings, and final payment/settlement documents, and defend these documents with the Investor.
Prepare regular work reports and coordinate with departments in handling issues, adjusting BOQs, and other tasks as required by Management.
