- Report to department heads on the operational status and availability of application programs
- Coordinate with the risk compliance department to provide relevant documents during third-party audits or internal control requests
- Write documents and update application changes
- Manage activities, application lists, upgrade changes
- Providing services on production support applications to users including RFID systems, human resources, production planning, workshop management, ERP systems and other application systems.
- Database administration of production system
- Support installation of ETS devices, troubleshooting on ETS
- Graduated from University majoring in IT.
- Having a database management certificate is an advantage (SQL, Oracle, etc.)
- At least 1 year of experience in a similar position
- Understand programming languages
- Have good knowledge of data analysis tools (BI, SQL)
