Job details:- Construction planning and project progress monitoring. - Organizing construction, Supervising construction items at assigned works.
- Directly inspect, monitor and evaluate the construction process at the site, update information in the daily work diary.
- Regularly and continuously urge the contractor to execute the construction on schedule approved by the investor.
- Prepare minutes of acceptance of work and work items.
- Study the design of the projects assigned to supervise and monitor, detect errors, exist and make amendments and supplements. - Work directly with the Investor, the construction contractor.
Job requirements:- Graduated from College, University or higher, majoring in construction, electrical engineering, refrigeration, mechanical...
- At least 2 years of experience in a similar position
- Able to read and understand construction drawings
- Good use of Autocad software – Mastering construction laws, construction standards and related regulations
- Skills to handle situations, negotiate on arising and progress with the Investor, Construction Team
- Ability to think, calculate, predict events, construction work
- Hardworking, hardworking, willing to go on business trips and responsible for work
