Supervising the construction and finishing work, ensuring that the Investor's works/projects are constructed with quality, progress, safety and accurate finalization. Work includes but is not limited to the following:
1, Supervision of construction work at the construction site
- Supervision of construction and acceptance of construction works for contractors
- Handling problems arising during construction implementation
2, Progress management
- Check the progress making, coordinate all construction activities on the Contractor's site, supervise to ensure that the construction works on the approved schedule;
- Daily monitoring and updating (monthly), evaluating and adjusting the total project progress, construction progress and detailed progress of the project and reporting;
- Checking and certifying as-built drawings and pre-acceptance volume for the payment and settlement of construction contractors;
- Check and confirm the contract progress of the contractors (including the time of deduction, extension of progress for the contractor under the signed contract, the minutes of progress penalty, ...)
3, Quality management: contractor, design, materials, construction
4, Manage technical documents and documents formed during project development, design adjustment, design verification, approval, design processing on site.
- Participate in proposing and approving construction methods for related work items.
