JOB DETAILS
- Organize construction and supervise quality according to approved design, progress and volume.
- Acceptance of volume with subcontractors.
- Proficient in using autocad software, reading and understanding drawings, consulting on construction methods, coordinating and supervising subcontractors.
Job requirements:
- Experience: 1 year or more, the company is willing to train
- Degree: College - University in the field of design - construction - interior
- Gender: Male - Priority given to candidates with temporary and permanent residence in Hanoi area
- Age: 23 - 40
- Foreign language priority (English)
- Graduated from University in the fields of: Construction, Architecture, Interior Design, Fine Arts..., good at using Auto software, CAD, Office software, Word, Excel...
- Good reading and understanding of technical drawings;
- Understanding of materials, interior / construction / electricity and water and the process and sequence of construction of an architectural - interior project;
- Interesting job, requires creativity, seriousness, responsibility, eagerness to learn, not afraid to change new skills
- Supervise construction works in Hanoi area and northern provinces;
