- Job details:
Job responsibilities: Inspect the construction site and ensure workplace safety; Provide safety training to workers on the construction site; Monitor construction progress and verify the actual construction situation; Manage construction drawings and site images; Schedule and prepare for inspections and project acceptance; Communicate and coordinate with subcontractors, work crews, and relevant parties; Manage the entire construction process from commencement to completion; Prepare and manage materials, equipment, and machinery used on the construction site; Plan, arrange contractors, and manage the construction budget.
Initial phase:
Start as an assistant field supervisor.
Assisting with organizing, cleaning, and maintaining the work environment at the construction site.
Taking and managing construction photos for quality control purposes.
Prepare detailed drawings and as-built drawings.
Types of construction projects include: Government offices, hospitals, banks, hotels; Shopping centers, supermarkets, convenience stores; Schools, police stations, factories, apartment buildings, luxury apartments; Kindergartens, temples, etc.
- Job requirements:
Work location: Okayama, Japan
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM. Break: 12:00 PM - 1:00 PM (1 hour)
Job requirements:
- Graduated from college or university with majors in: Construction, Architecture
- No Japanese language skills required. Training will be provided in Vietnam.
