1. Receiving the project and preparing for construction:
Receive and check drawings, survey, check the site, measure current dimensions. Study, understand and accurately implement drawings and construction methods. Discuss and coordinate with the design and production department.
Develop overall construction plan, human resource plan, phase/detail implementation plan.
Work directly with construction teams, subcontractors, and suppliers within assigned scope of responsibility. Carry out related procedures to implement construction.
2. Organization of work at the construction site:
Manage, supervise and be responsible for all activities at the construction site under your management.
Working with the Investor Management Board, Supervision Consultant, subcontractors, and construction team, understanding the profession and coordinating the connection of items on the project (coordinating with glass, stone, M&E,) effectively.
Organize, manage and assign work to installation staff/contracting team at the construction site to ensure flexibility, efficiency and on-schedule progress.
Supervise and check the construction results of items and installation teams to ensure quality.
Proactively resolve issues at the construction site. Inform and coordinate with relevant departments promptly to quickly resolve issues effectively and optimally.
Resolve conflicts and disputes arising at the construction site between employees, customers, and partners reasonably and skillfully.
Coordinate with departments to prepare payment and acceptance documents for construction volume.
Report, daily work diary to superiors.
Ensure company image with investors and partners.
3. Handover and Acceptance:
Acceptance of quantity and quality with subcontractors (if any).
Hand over quantity, quality and acceptance to the investor.
Propose/report summarizing the costs incurred accurately and honestly
