Job Description: Salary Negotiable
1. Regularly update monitoring reports of field consulting engineers.
2. Calculation, comparison, comparison of volume between the volume confirmation report made at the field with the designed volume and the volume according to the test result report (this calculation is routine in nature. regularly and continuously during the project implementation and is the main work of QS).
3. Timely reflect the calculation results to the leader when there is a big difference in the actual volume and design (compared with the experimental results if there are experimental results) to find the cause According to the reporting mode of the day, week, month or the end of the work item (separate regulations for each project).
4. Gather relevant legal documents, payment conditions and aggregate volumes, apply prices to advance and pay contractors according to the project's regulations.
5. Summarize the volume to be performed, based on the general and specific conditions of the project to serve as the basis for submitting the finalization of the as-built volume and finalization of the work.
6. Supervision of construction quality, management of drawing documents, work quality management records, testing, inspection and acceptance of work items (with subcontractors, investors/consultants)
7. Deploy shopdrawing drawings for processing. In some cases, special shopdrawing needs to be interpreted.
Job requirements:
- University of Polytechnic, Construction, Traffic, Open University
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar position.
- Gender: not required
- Proficient in AutoCad, G8 software (estimate and finalization), Microsoft Project, SAP, and some specialized software related to construction.
- General understanding of Laws, decrees and circulars related to construction.
