Job Description

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
• Act as a bridge and coordinator, ensuring smooth communication and cooperation between the DevOps team in France and the team in Vietnam.
• Customer Support: Provide technical support to customers in France, Mauritius, Tunisia, ... requiring good communication in both English and French.
• SaaS Infrastructure: Install, maintain and secure SaaS infrastructure, ensuring optimal operations through alerting, analytics and system logging.
• Process Automation: Develop automated processes for deployment and testing to improve efficiency and reduce errors.
• Supporting tools: Install and manage necessary tools (e.g. API rate limiting, load balancers, security threat detection) and continuously improve the infrastructure with the team.
• Workflow Management: Self-manage your workflow, aligned with product deadlines and requirements.

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
Technical skills:
Experience:
• 1 year of experience with cloud service providers like OVH, Scaleway (experience with GCP, AWS, Azure is a plus).
• Manage cloud infrastructure, including databases, backups, load balancers, web servers, CDNs, and CI/CD pipelines.

Tools and technology:
• Configuration management tools: Ansible, Chef, Terraform.
• CI/CD system: Jenkins, GitLab CI, GitHub Actions.
• Container orchestration: Docker, Kubernetes.
• Microservices architecture.

Prioritize:
• Database: PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Cassandra, OpenSearch.
• Queue systems: RabbitMQ, Pulsar.
• GitOps: ArgoCD.

Language skills:
• Fluent in English and French: both spoken and written (required for customer support in France, Tunisia, Mauritius...).
Soft skills:
• Ability to work effectively in an international environment with diverse cultures.
• Ability to self-analyze tasks and complete work independently.
• Passionate about product development, focusing on creating simple and convenient tools that are highly appreciated by users.
• Willing to actively contribute to the open source community and participate in professional conferences.
