    Job Description

    General Scope of Work

    • Perform supervision and construction work within assigned duties and powers.

    Professional duties and responsibilities

    • Read and carefully study approved design documents and construction methods.
    • Establish construction schedule, construction methods, quantity take-off, equipment and material supply plan, and propose materials for the project;
    • Supervise, monitor and urge subcontractors, construction teams and finishing teams to complete work according to schedule and required quality;
    • Manage assigned materials, machines and equipment;
    • Establish and maintain site logs;
    • Prepare payment records for the team and quality management records for the project;
    • Store and arrange documents according to Company regulations;
    • Responsible for work performance to superiors and the Board of Directors;
    • Update knowledge related to professional expertise to serve daily work;
    • Perform other tasks and assignments as directed by the Board of Directors.
