Title: Mechanical / Electromechanical Engineer

2. Job objectives
Carry out mechanical and electrical engineering design, installation, and supervision; support production, maintain machinery and equipment, improve technology, and ensure safety, efficiency, and stability during the production process.
3. Main tasks

| 1 | Design, extract technical drawings, instruct construction or manufacture mechanical parts and equipment. |
| 2 | Establish procedures for installation, operation and maintenance of mechanical equipment and electromechanical systems (electromechanical control). |
| 3 | Monitor and supervise the installation, processing, manufacturing or repair of machinery and equipment. |
| 4 | Participate in calculating and estimating materials and labor costs for technical projects/work. |
| 5 | Propose plans for periodic maintenance and troubleshooting of technical problems arising in the factory. |
| 6 | Research and propose technical improvements to save materials and improve machine efficiency . |
| 7 | Coordinate with production, warehouse, and QC departments to ensure progress and quality of assigned work. |
| 8 | Instruct workers to perform the correct techniques, ensuring labor safety and product quality. |
| 9 | Prepare technical documents, machinery and equipment documents; conduct acceptance and handover of equipment when required. |
| 10 | Perform other duties as directed by management. |

| Information technology | Proficient in AutoCAD, SolidWorks or equivalent design software; know how to use Excel, Word. |
| Soft skills | Good problem solving, teamwork, technical communication skills. |
| Personal qualities | Careful, proactive, innovative, able to withstand high pressure. |
