Implement construction drawings for the investor/general contractor, release approved construction drawings to supervisors, foremen, and construction teams.
Take off quantities according to shop drawings, create/control lists/volumes, material norms at the construction site.
Update and track records/volumes arising at the project.
Prepare orders for equipment and supplies.
Prepare a table of payment amounts (bills) with the investor/general contractor, subcontractors/team.
Make construction completion drawings.
