    Job details

    Job Purpose:

    • Communicate important information between customers and product development teams.
    • Manage project implementation, coordinate with stakeholders to handle problems that arise during development and operation.

    Job:

    • Development requirements management:
      • Read and understand customer requirements documentation.
      • Conduct Q&A with customers to confirm unclear requirements.
      • Update the development requirements description in Vietnamese for the development team (Can coordinate with the comtor team to implement).
    • Customer contact:
      • Instant customer feedback via tools such as mail, skype, chatwork, slack.
      • Communicate the development team's validation requirements to the customer.
      • Communicate project implementation related messages to BOD or development team.
    • Project progress management:
      • Manage project progress using Backlog, WBS, Gantt Chart, Jira, Release Burndown Chart,...
      • Update project progress periodically (weekly,...).
      • Report project progress in company-wide project meetings.

    Candidate requirements

    Knowledge:

    • At least 1 year of experience implementing PHP, Mobile, Java projects... for Japanese customers. Priority is given to candidates with tech background.
    • Understanding of Japanese language and working style.

    Skills:

    • Japanese N2 or higher, able to read and understand requirements: Sales order, Sales order, ERD and communicate directly with customers.
    • Project management: update progress, adjust resources (human resources, financial resources,...) to ensure smooth project implementation.

    Interest
