Job details
- Work directly with customers in Japan, communicate with customers via video call, chat, email
- Depending on project requirements, there may be short-term assignments of 1-3 months in Tokyo.
- Participate in development tasks with the customer development team (including the customer's team and internal teams in Japan and Vietnam)
- Manage project progress, report periodically to customers and project management
- Project type: Web-application systems (using Java, PHP languages). Smartphone-based applications (iOS, Android...)
Candidate requirements
Required skills:
- Japanese equivalent to N2 or higher
- Have leadership ability, high sense of responsibility, teamwork spirit
- Candidates with experience working or studying in Japan are welcome.

- Candidates understand Japanese culture and working style
- Have participated in the Requirement process for B2B or B2C products
