Job Description
- Act as a bridge between the development team in Vietnam and Japanese customers.
- Conduct detailed discussion, negotiation and analysis of documentation with clients, ask questions to clarify requirements and explain to the development team.
- Control progress, manage project types such as: Web-application systems (using Ruby, PHP, Java, C++, C# languages). Smartphone-based applications (iOS, Android, Unity)
- Support JP PM in progress control, project management and problem solving.
- Provide advice and progress updates to customers throughout the product development process
- Participate in training and human resource development activities, contribute to building corporate culture as required by direct management.
Candidate requirements
1. Attitude
- Highly proactive at work and able to withstand pressure well
- Customer-oriented thinking & action
2. Skills
- Japanese equivalent to N2 or higher, good communication
- Have overall project management capabilities (planning, management and control within the project scope)
- Ability to manage progress (plan, maintain and control project schedules)
- System and business requirements analysis skills
- Ability to build team and train staff is an advantage
3. Knowledge
- Have basic knowledge of software development, ability to analyze system and business requirements
- Understanding Japanese culture and working style is an advantage.
4. Experience
- 3 years or more experience in BrSE position or equivalent positions.
- Experience working with Agile/Scrum model is an advantage
- Experience in managing large projects is an advantage
