Job Description

1) Job description:

Direct communication with Japanese partners (or other countries). To determine requirements and analyze, plan the project.
Provide and clarify functional requirements, technical requirements, quality requirements, plans, product vision of customers and stakeholders to the development team.
Ensure full and detailed communication of partner requirements to the company's project development team.
Manage and monitor project progress.
Guide, advise, and support customers on product and project features, interface, quality, planning, and techniques.
High sense of responsibility, willing to cooperate with departments to achieve goals together.

2) Job requirements:

Japanese N2 or higher. Good written and verbal communication skills.
At least 1 year of experience working in the BrSE position . Priority is given to those proficient in PHP programming language - Laravel.
Ability to work independently and work well in a team.
Experience leading development teams, capable of directing and coordinating work in projects.
Dynamic, enthusiastic, good communication and conflict resolution skills.

3) Benefits:

Salary is negotiable, attractive income, up to 30M Gross , depending on the candidate's experience and skills.
Working from Monday to Friday (09:00- 18:00). OT regime according to company rules.
Probation period: 2 months, receive 85% salary.
