Job details
- Installation, training, and handover of equipment to customers.
- Timely technical support and repair, troubleshooting of machines.
- Periodically check and maintain machinery and equipment that customers are using.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by promptly and accurately responding to customer requests and complaints about products and services.
- Other tasks as required by the manager.
Request:
- Have basic knowledge of electrical/electronic/mechanical machinery, automatic systems and other industrial machines.
- College degree or higher in related fields: Mechanics, Automation, Electronics...
- Can read specialized documents in English.
- Good problem solving and communication skills.
- Priority given to hard-working, diligent and healthy people.
- Positive and flexible working attitude, ability to coordinate teamwork
- Working at the Company's Binh Phuoc province offices.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, AutoCad.
- Priority is given to candidates with Binh Phuoc household registration.
- Experience in operating COLOR SEPARATOR, PACKAGING SCALE, X-RAY SORTING MACHINE, DRYING TOWER is an advantage.
- Graduated from Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Machine Manufacturing is an advantage.
