Job description
- Planning, organizing and controlling sales activities.
- Cooperate with distributors to carry out sales and marketing programs/activities in the assigned area.
- Consult/support Line Manager on market initiatives, channel management, market business plan.
- Maintain close relationships with construction companies, contractors and retailers;
- Coordinate with departments to handle customer requests, promote sales.
- Planning and reporting on market situation.
- Follow the instructions and instructions of the superior.
- There is a salary increase - bonus based on sales and job completion index
- Working time: Office hours, Sunday & Saturday afternoon off.
Job requirements
- Graduated from University / College / High School. At least 1 year of sales experience
- Sales experience related to building materials industry is an advantage
- Communication, negotiation and sales skills.
- Customer service and problem solving skills. Proactive, oriented and high team spirit
- Basic office informatics
- Good-looking, hardworking, hard-working
- Working place: Hanoi, Hai Phong, Quang Ninh
