Job Description

- Manage the designs for the Investor, including: Design planning, architecture, engineering of projects (high-rise projects, urban areas....)
- Check and control the design progress, appraise the design quality of the Investor's projects, have professional opinions and suggestions
- Draw 3D perspective of Architectural Interior, check Interior drawings.
- Directly work with design consultancy contractors to adjust the design according to the Investor's opinion
- Design coordination for construction projects
- Prepare and implement design drawings when required
- Contact, select, negotiate contracts with contractors on design consultancy
- Other tasks as requested by the Director
