1. Job description

Planning and architectural design progress for the project.
Research and provide design ideas that are suitable for function, aesthetics and customer requirements.
Master plan design, details, sketches, drawing implementation, 3D perspective construction.
Monitor and control design documents in accordance with legal regulations, norms and standards.
Report and propose solutions to handle problems (if any).
Volume separation, total investment estimate of the project.
Perform other duties as assigned.

3. Candidate requirements

Graduated from College/University majoring in architecture, planning, construction design.
Priority is given to those with 2 years of experience in industrial and civil projects.
Professional knowledge of civil and industrial construction architecture; construction law, standards, and regulations.
Skills in planning, reporting, communication, presenting ideas, speaking, and time management.
Proficient in design software: Revit, SketchUp, 3dmax, Lumion, Photoshop, AutoCAD
Creative, aesthetic, good color sense; able to withstand pressure, high sense of responsibility.
Male/female, 25 years old or older; English/Chinese is an advantage.
